Christmas Break!

I have a reasonable excuse this time on why I didn't do my blog. So calm down. We had some family emergancys down state so I wasn't at school for about two weeks and then my little brother Levi messed with our internet connection and we couldn't get online. So there ha. I didn't forget. Burn fools.
There is this really big snow storm right now that's dropping off 6-12 inches of snow. All the schools around us were closed. Every single one. Except us. That's right we had to go to school in the blizzered. It sucked. Lucky for me I had yearbook first. We do pratically nothing in that class until the due date (I'm so totally lying right now) and we were doing secert santa. This week I got a husben beating shirt, a redneck truck that sings, a candle, cany, chetoes, q- ball, and a crock pot from my freind Mr. Pinball. Turns out he used my best freind Witch as his little spy. She knew what I was getting from him the whole time and she never even hinted toward me that he was the one. It was still fun though.
When we were all done opening our gifts then we had some snacks praying that the lights would just stop flickering and shut off all together, which they never did. Then Harry Potter lover (Hpl for short) wanted to know if we could go make a snowman. He said we could so four of us ran out and started making a snowman. We were down to three by the time he was done. He was a she accully. We gave him boobs to suport breast cancer. We pretty much died laughing. And then a senoir walked out and totally tackled him. Even though he was a senior there was tree of us and one of him. We totally white washed him. But wait it gets even better.
In scince we were all doing our work complaining about school Mr Peacock, our princapal, came over the speakers, and told us due to the weather. And then he paused for about a minute. then he told us we could stop cheering. We all laughed because nobody was cheering in the whole school. Then he said we got out of school early. Thats when we all started cheering. He contuined to say something else but nobody heard him. The last part I heard was him saying school was also already canceled for tomarrow. Another round of cheers.
After lunch the vo-tech kids (The vo-tech was closed so they hung out in the one hallway bugging the teachers.) were planing this really big snowball fight. Prefect way to kick off winter break right? No, Mr. Peacock came back over the speakers and told us whoever throws a snowball will be in big trouble. It's times like these I wish I drove a car to school. Because the busses hid the really awsome snowball fight they were having in the parking lot. Oh well at least basketball practice was cancled.
Now I won't do another blog until next year so don't get mad at me. Merry christmas and a happy new year.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy turkey day everybody! Ok I said it now. See I'm a good person. Anyway it's 8 in the morning at my aunts house and I'm stuck helping... Again. Last time I helped make Thanksgiving I was ten and it totally squashed my dreams. I really loved cooking so I wanted to be a chef when I grew up but After cooking from dawn to dusk that quickly got thrown out the window.
My parents have bad habit of doing that to me. I said I wanted to be a nurse they so me pearl harbor(Which scared the crap out of me) then I wanted to go into the national guard but my dad said no which means not in a million years. And then I wanted to be a dog trainer so they got a puppy named Milo. He's about 7 months old I he still doesn't sit on command. He jumps up on people through when he hears me yelling at them. (That's really funny to watch actually) but that's not the point. Do all parents do this to their kids?
I once made muffins  for my dad when he and my older brother Christian went hunting for the first time. They were leaving at 6 in the morning so they went the bed early. I decided to stay up and make them muffins. It was my own recipe that I like to call breakfast cake (or breakfast muffins in this case) Any way I woke up just before they were about to leave and I gave them to them. Christian wouldn't even touch them. But my dad took one bite and spit it right out. He told me that they were terrible. He threw the muffin down and it bounced back up to him. We all stared wide eyed as my dad started bouncing the muffin like a rubber ball. One of my younger brother (I don't remember which one) took a differnt one and tried to bounce it against the wall and it ended up leaving a dent. From then on my muffins are now called edible baseballs.
That's my funny story for this week. I'm out of here. Happy turkey day!

Safety Day

Today is Safety Day!!!!!!!!!!! Not that I'm a hunter or anything. It just means that I get the day off from school. Nananana. This is one of the advantages of living in the country. They give you a whole day off from school just to go hunting. (Or bum around the house like me.) It's kinda dumb though that we have thursday off and have school on friday just to lead into the weekend. The other schools get to have tomorrow off why can't we? Most of the kids and teachers won't even be there. I asked my mom if I can just call in sick and have a four day weekend but no. I have to keep my grades up. :P
That reminds me we had confrences tuesday. I don't see why they can't just send a letter home and say your kid is doing awsome or your kid sucks. That would be so much simpler. 'Cause I don't want my mom meeting my teachers. They're there to teach me not her. Not that I have anything hide. I'm getting all A's. But what happens in school should stay in school until the end of the year when we should just burn all our papers.
We was comparing the weight of binders at lunch earlier this week and mine was the heavist. Do you know what I have in my binder? 2 notebook. 2! Thats it the rest is all papers! This proves that teachers are giving us way too much homework. And I don't throw away anything until the end of the year. Last year my friends convinced me to clean out my binder. My binder went from 5 inches to about 2. Feeling a little bit happy about not having to carry around all that weight for the last week of school. I enter my history class and my teacher anonced that we would be having a test over everything this year. I was not a happy camper. Lucky for me the test wasn't very hard. That's it for this week. See ya.

Hallway from Hell

Have you ever been so loney that you've dready coming to school? Thats about the way I feel right about now. I've felt this way for about a month now. For once in my life I don't want to go back to school. If you would've asked me what I liked the most about school about a month ago I would've said so I could socialize. Now I don't know why I even go to school. To me it's just a big building to get stressed out over. I mean think about it you have to worry about how people see you, about keeping up with your homework, and worry about your GPA. Ok, that's enough wading in my own self pity for one blog.
The hallway of hell. That is the name I gave my school's only hallway. No joke, 1 hall, that's it. When you first look at it it's not that bad, it isn't till the bell rings when it gets bad. Ty fitting roughly under 400 kids in the same hallway and see how much room you get. And yes, that's how big our whole school is, roughly.
In order to really move at a good pace you either have to be really big (Which I am not) or really tiny. One of the problems of being tiny is all my stuff is in my face and I can't see what's coming at me. I have this one friend, Mr.Pinball, who is extramly tall and he use this to his advatage. I was just walking down the hall (Advoiding all the people sucking face.) to get to my next class when something really hard hit my forehead sending me backward into some senoir who started cussing me out. Not fun let me tell you. He's been doing this all week! He only does it to show off to his girl friend (Who is the closest thing to a best friend that I have right now) and When I asked him to stop he says he can't because he doens't want to seem weak to Witch (His girlfriend.) Then I went and asked Witch to please tell him to stop because I'm starting to get a brusie in the middle of my forehead. But she just laughed at me and said that this is Karma.
I should do something to get back at her. This is the friend I told you guys about earlier. She is the reason I'm not allowed to talk polatics in school. Other than abortion we disagree on everthing. Literally everything. Like Friday we agrued about what season was better, that's only because I brought up globel warming. :) Which is another thing we agrue about. Anyway thats about it and remember watch out for tall people with hard books coming toward you. :P

Again!

I can't belive I forgot to do another blog again! I've got to start making a schedual for this. You have to give me a little bit of leanway though. I was busy (and stressed out) about homecomming. The theme was monoploy this year and I had know no idea what to do. I mean come on, Monoploy? You couldn't think of a better theme this year? I hate our student goverment. :)
Yesterday we were called down to the libray for class ring order froms! There are some maney desins and styles of the rings I have no idea what to pick. Most of my friends already have it down to the very last detail. Show-offs. Speaking of which our football team is going to playoffs for the 2nd time in our town history! Here's the best part though, The band goes along with them! This can either be a good thing or a really bad. I'm just going to ignore it and decide later after the sesons over.
Thats about it for the past 2 weeks. Week 6 and 7 down 5 more until the end of the semester. See ya.

Saturday!

The best time of the week is saturday hands down. If you think other wise you should be shot in the head. My saturday has been an eventful one this week. I had a cross country meet earlier today at 7 in the morning. I didn't mind waking up earlier on a saturday no, it the part that it was HAILING while I was running. Plus it was frezzing out. Not fun. This is what happened varsity ran it was cold but you could still run, middle school it was warming up a little windy but not to bad, then J.V Dark clouds were over head but we were hoping that it would just pass us like the other clouds did. We took our mark the gun went off one two three. It started hailing hard. The hail was only about the size of a grain of sand which isn't deadly but it was freezing cold the wind had to pick up and it was hailling. Trust me it sucked. And then as soon as I crossed the finish line it stopped hailing. Just my luck.
Other than today the rest of last week was fun. I'm not alowed to talk polotics in school any more. I don't know if thats a good thing or a bad. There is this girl who rides my bus and one time I brought up polotics and we've been agruing senice. Well we were agruing in scince class and I had a... break down. Lets go with that. Anyway the school counalier said that we wern't allowed to talk polotics anymore or we'll get in trouble. So I agreed- for this year. He he he. I'm a bad girl. :) Anyway thats about it see ya later.

Maturity Level

In the 4 weeks of highschool I fianlly realized that the maturity level in highschool doesn't go up. No, it goes way down. Like way, way, way down. You know how in middle school you wern't alowed compases. The thing that make circles for you, yeah uh well we wern't allowed to have them because they were too sharp for us. Some teacher must think that our maturity level must go up between middle school and high school. There in for a surprise.
Anyway long story short a kid got a compass stuck in his leg. Like the sharp end all the way in. It was really funny aculy. Because he had it on his leg when the girl bumped into him and made it go in. He was like, "That's my leg." And she was like, "Sorry." And then he was like, "My compass is stuck in my leg." It was really funny the way he said it and the way she reacted. Mrs. Pant, geometery teacher, heard the comotion came into the room and just pulled it out of his leg like it was nothing. Turns out he was bleeding pretty bad. We kept teasing the girl about it all hour.
Another story about maturity level earlier today we had a cross country meet, I did awsome, and after we ran a couple of us waited on the bus waiting to leave. We were joking around and laughing for like an hour before we even relized that our whole team was gone. Then we remember the award cerimony. We sprinted the the big mob of people watching the cerimony. We found our team and sat in the back like we were there the whole time. And then on the way back we sung on top of our lungs. It was really fun.
Speaking of fun today was hands down the best day ever in yearbook/ newspaper. Yesterday we had a quiz that nobody studied for. We managed to convince him to let us work together on the quiz. We all easily passed with an A. But one girl was gone she still had to the quiz. We decided to have a little fun with her. We made her guess everyone's middle name. The funny part is that no matter how many hints you gave her she still wouildn't get it. Even my, which is really simple because it only has 3 letter. A-N-N. I gave her the fist letter an told her that the last 2 letters are the same. She wasn't even close. She's obviosly not the sharpest tool in the shed. We spent half the hour doing that then we decided to do a little team exersises for fun. Like who could hold there arms up the longest without setting them down, having to suport people with you legs, and how many push ups can you do while lying on somebody, this one was my favorite. We were going to a human pyrimad but the grass was too wet for the football players to get down on the ground. Big wusses.
That's all that happened today, no homework thankfully, and tomarrow is our big schools pep rally and I have to at the school at 5:45 for the after school pep rally. Which is right after cross county practice. Yeah fun. Well that's it. Night.

Don't Put Off What You Can Do Today.

Don't put off what you can do today. That is rule # 1 for me. I'm not joking. I don't know if that's the right way to say it but I'm going to say it. When your teachers say that in high school you'll have alot of homework, they're not joking. Right now It is 10:35 pm And I'm doing 3 differnt homeworks for 3 differnt classes at the same time. Plus I'm doing my blog and e-mailling my student athlete application. All at the same time. Talk about muli talented. In the words of my older brother Christian, "I'm that freakin talented." :P
My homework is in math, history, and yearbook. I didn't even know that it was even possible to homework from yearbook. Yah, no joke but I have this pamplet about 3 inches thick on how to do a yearbook. Isn't that is what upper classmen or for? They teach the freshmen how to do it. Speaking of book sizes This is the first year where I had to carry around a history book. It's bigger than the math book! I don't think that should be allowed. They should make a law where a history book must be at least 3 inches smaller than a math book. I just mesured them both accully and the history book is just a tenth of a inch bigger. I swear to you that it does not look a tenth of an inch bigger.
My school should have a complain box. I know that in the middle school we had a complament box. That was really fun to put the borinest teacher's name in there and say that their class was the best. We all had a good laugh about that every time they read them over the anocments.
Well it's way past my bed time and tomarow is monday. I read some where that god made mondays to punish us for what we did over the weekend. He he he. Well goodnight I have homework to finish.

First Day!

Today was the first day of high school! Yeah! Day one down the rest of the year to go. Now I don't know about you but I'm one of those nerds who love school. I don't know why I just do. Maybe it's because I'm from a nerdy family. No joke, it seems like all of my relitives from my mom side are teachers. Literaly.
It's only been one day (Not even that. My mom pulled me out right after lunch to go to the dentise.) and I already love a majority of my classes. Even history class. I have never had a fun history class ever in my life. Ever. Yeah I don't like that I have to drag around the big fat heavy history book but other than that it was really fun. After the teacher, Mr. Stange, got done explaning the rules we got on the conversation about mothers, mother- in- laws, and spagetti. Belive it or not it was really fun.
Another great thing that happened today was during English. Mrs. Erickson's classroom is a computer lab. The monitors are pushed back so we have room to work and stuff like that. Really cool. Now I don't know if this is true or not but I heard from a freind that her cousion told her that for every extra page that you write in your journal you get extra credit. If this is true I could pass her class and have enough extra credit to use in my other classes. I wish it could work that way. But of course we must suffer equally through every class. This is good news because last year I used up about 5 notebooks in one story alone. One. I'm planning on writing the sequal to the story and another story this year. That's alot of extra credit.
That's about it for the first day. The othe classes were ok. I'm looking forward for a great year. Oh yeah I have a cross country meet tomarrow so wish me luck. Bye!
